# Make chips in the dashboard sortable

If you have many chips on the dashboard and want to add another chip somewhere in between, or if you decide to change the sorting, you currently have no way to move the chips within the configuration. You have to remove almost all the chips every time and then add them again in the desired order. This is impractical and time-consuming 🙂

I just added this [feat(dashboard): allow reordering status chips by stefanbauer · Pull Request #3232 · GladysAssistant/Gladys · GitHub](https://github.com/GladysAssistant/Gladys/pull/3232) - now waiting for @pierre-gilles to merge it if he agrees.
