**Describe the bug**

TL;DR: Loading a "one hour" graph from the timezone UTC-5 make them empty.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the dashboard
2. Add a graph
3. Select 24h mode: there is data, even from the last hour
4. Select 1h mode: no more data
**Expected behavior**
Having working graphs whatever the timezone, in 1h, 24h, etc.

@lmilcent Ich denke, ich habe das Problem verstanden. Das Datum wird in DuckDB in UTC gespeichert, aber in der lokalen Zeitzone abgefragt, also in deinem Fall Toronto.
Ich habe einen PR erstellt, der das Problem behebt. Könntest du testen, ob es funktioniert?
