@StephaneB Thanks for the feedback!

The key is now being sent correctly: without a key, Ginko responds with 401; a 403 means Ginko is rejecting it. With a key it doesn’t accept, it returns « The key provided as a parameter is invalid ».

To be sure, open this in your browser:  
`https://api.ginko.voyage/GTFSRT/tripUpdates.do?apiKey=TA_CLE`

If you see this message, it’s on Ginko’s side: your key isn’t (yet) open for GTFS-RT, just like for SIRI. It’s worth specifying in your request that you also want GTFS-RT. If, on the other hand, you’re downloading a file, let me know and I’ll check what’s wrong on my side.
