Hi everyone! Three weeks after the last update, I wanted to show you where we stand… because things are moving very fast 🚀 ## Where We Stand | | September 7 | Today | | --- | --- | --- | | Integrations in the store | 75 | **91** | | Contributors | 18 | **20** | | Integrations ≥ 5% in HA covered | 31 / 48 | **34 / 48** | **16 new integrations in 20 days** , including three from the “to-do” list: **Samsung TV** (@cicoub13), **[Speedtest.net](http://Speedtest.net)** (@guim31), and **Electricity Maps** , plus **AdGuard Home** and **Fully Kiosk**. And as last time, integrations that no global platform will ever prioritize: Legrand Ecocompteur, ecojoko, Dobiss, Wallbox, pellet stock, and even AlloCiné / Pathé / UGC / CGR sessions directly on the dashboard 🍿 Welcome to the two new contributors, and thank you all! ## New Since Gladys 5.1: Your Integrations Can Go Further - **Dashboard Widgets** : An integration can now display its own data on the dashboard without modifying the core. - **Scene Triggers and Actions** : An integration can declare its own triggers (“the speed drops below 100 Mb/s”, “the TV turns on”…) and its own actions. - **New `provider` Type** : For integrations that don’t have devices and only provide a widget or triggers. 👉 If you already maintain an integration, now is the perfect time to add a widget or trigger: often just a few lines in the manifest, and a lot of value for users. ## The Remaining Gap with Home Assistant Here are the biggest missing pieces, with no Gladys equivalent and no one has started on them yet: | Integration | % HA | Access | Why It’s Interesting | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | DLNA DMR / DMS | 28.1% / 20.6% | Local, UPnP | One dev covers both | | HomeKit Controller | 14.9% | Local | The biggest lever: Eve, Aqara, Meross, Nanoleaf… locally | | Forecast.Solar | 11.9% | Free API | Perfect with Electricity Maps and energy tracking | | Music Assistant | 10.1% | Local, WebSocket | The reference for multiroom | | Brother | 8.7% | SNMP | Completes @guim31’s IPP | | WLED | 6.2% | HTTP JSON | Quick win, very visual | | BTHome | 5.3% | BLE | Shelly BLU / DIY sensors | | ONVIF | 5.1% | Local | Generic cameras + PTZ | **On HACS** , the two most requested are still missing: **Sonoff / eWeLink locally** (number 1 with 44,000 installations) and **Frigate** (AI object detection). **Ideas for “packs” for those looking for a coherent topic:** - **3D Printing** : OctoPrint, Moonraker/Klipper (requested here by @AlexTrovato), Bambu Lab - **Media** : Jellyfin / Emby (almost the same API), Kodi - **Lighting** : WLED, WiZ, LIFX, Nanoleaf, Govee - **Solar** : Forecast.Solar, Fronius, SMA, Victron - **Communication** : Pushover, Discord, Matrix, Signal - **Francophone** : Delta Dore Tydom, Heatzy, IDFM, École Directe, Renault ## 🎯 Goal: 100 Integrations We’re at **91**. We need **9** more to reach 100: let’s get to it?
