[Dashboard] Customize the order and display names in a Scenes widget

In a Scenes widget, I would like to be able to:

  • Define the display order if I display multiple, rather than alphabetical order
  • Modify the displayed scene name in the widget, independently of its real name.

Basically, these are the behaviors of the ‹ devices › widget that should be applied to the ‹ scenes › widget.
