Update for the miniPC

I just saw that the MiniPC is requesting a reboot for updates:

La maintenance de sécurité étendue pour Applications n'est pas activée.

172 mises à jour peuvent être appliquées immédiatement.
5 de ces mises à jour sont des mises à jour de sécurité.
Pour afficher ces mises à jour supplémentaires, exécuter : apt list --upgradable

Activez ESM Apps pour recevoir des futures mises à jour de sécurité supplémentai                                                                                                                     res.
Visitez https://ubuntu.com/esm ou executez : sudo pro status

Does that pose a problem? Or can I restart the MiniPC?
A bit of a silly question, but I don’t want to break everything

Hello,
the system normally asks for a restart when there has been a kernel update; that shouldn’t cause any problem because on restart, Docker will come back up and will restart Gladys… well, normally, since I’m not on an Ubuntu Server but a Debian server (and on my side it restarts by itself with Docker Compose).
