New trigger in the scenes: "Gladys starts"

Feature description
This type of trigger would allow starting certain actions when Gladys starts.
This could also indicate that there was a power outage.
Having the total downtime in this case can also be a real plus.

I’m adding this because it has already happened that the Pi crashes and some scenes with a time trigger did not start as a result (heating, aquarium, outdoor lighting
).
But this point can raise another one
 A notification when a scene could not start (when it’s another container that failed - MQTT to name it).

Be notified in case of a scene execution error?
Yes, but with a daily limit, for example, to avoid being spammed if a scene needs to trigger every minute
