Suite à la création de mon module « Hydro-Québec » pour avoir l’alternative locale à EDF, je teste à nouveau le suivi de l’énergie avec Gladys.
Et je me rend compte que tout est pensé pour des Français, sans statut générique. Je propose d’ajouter au moins un contrat d’énergie « base » ou « standard ».
Il y a bien un mode générique.
Il faut aller dans l’onglet “Créer” et non “Importer” :
L’onglet “Importer” ne propose que les contrats que Gladys connaît dans sa base commune de contrat.
Pour l’instant, ils sont effectivement tous français (j’aimerais que ça change !), les contributions sont les bienvenues sur ce dépôt :

On the energy prices "Import" page, nothing told the user what … to do when their energy contract was not in the list. This is confusing, especially for users outside of the providers already shared by the community (see the forum topic below).
This PR adds an information block right below the contract selector, explaining the two available options:
1. **Propose the contract to the community**, on the [GladysAssistant/energy-contracts](https://github.com/GladysAssistant/energy-contracts) repository, with an explicit note that Gladys downloads the contract list directly from that repository — so a newly added contract appears in the list **without updating Gladys**. A button links to the repository.
2. **Create the contract manually** in Gladys, with a button that opens the existing price creation wizard (it delegates to the parent page's `startCreatePrice`, so the wizard state is properly reset), and a note that such a contract only exists in the local installation.
Changed files:
- `front/src/routes/integration/all/energy-monitoring/ImportPrices.jsx`: new info block + shortcut to the creation wizard
- `front/src/routes/integration/all/energy-monitoring/EnergyMonitoring.jsx`: pass `startCreatePrice` down to the import page
- `front/src/config/i18n/{en,fr,de}.json`: new translation keys (`contractNotListedTitle`, `contractNotListedDescription`, `contractNotListedShare`, `contractNotListedShareButton`, `contractNotListedCreate`, `contractNotListedCreateButton`)
