Gladys’ calendar is great… provided your schedules are in it. Here’s ICS Calendars: any schedule published in .ics format directly in Gladys. Google Calendar via its secret address, published Outlook or iCloud, the kids’ timetables, your town’s trash collection, your team’s matches… 
What it does
Everyone has their own calendars: in the integration page, each household member can add up to 5 addresses in « My Calendars ». They remain private until shared.
Updated every 15 to 60 minutes, with recurring events, exceptions, all-day events, and time zones.
Once shared with the household, they work with everything Gladys already knows how to do: the « An event is coming » trigger, conditions, the assistant…

Plus: a « Event modified in a calendar » trigger (added, canceled, moved), a « Calendar unreachable » trigger (expired link…), and an « Find the next event » action, which gives the number of days before it.
The cool part
Every evening at 7 p.m., if the « packaging » collection is tomorrow → « Take out the yellow trash! »
A class is canceled in the timetable → immediate message
The calendar link has expired → I am notified
Installation
Gladys 5.2 minimum.

- Get the
.icsaddress of your calendar (for Google Calendar: Calendar settings → « Secret address in iCal format »). - In Gladys, on the integration page: paste it in « My Calendars » and click on « Enable for me ».
- Share with the household the calendars you want to use in scenes.
Honest caveats: it’s read-only (Gladys doesn’t write to your calendars), you need a published .ics address (no Google or Microsoft login), and Google only refreshes its secret addresses every few hours. Tested on real files (Google and Apple holidays, school calendar) but not yet on a real Gladys: your feedback is precious, especially with Pronote
