There is already a topic and an open PR to add a weather scene action

Scene: New weather trigger

I would like to be able to create scenes: if wind speed > 20 km/h, close the shutters if full sun AND wind speed < 20 km/h, open the shutters, open the pool if storm, close some shutters, check the windows, close the pool, notify me if rain, turn off the sprinklers if frost, notify me
