Download a file containing Gladys logs in one click via a button in the « Settings » → « Systems » view.
Warning, on large instances, the logs may return a large file and Gladys Plus queries are limited in size, so the file must be downloaded in « chunks » and reassembled on the client side. If the logs are enormous, only the most recent XX MB should be retrieved (e.g., a maximum of 20 MB).

I’m revisiting what I said in 2020 here, as the situation has changed: we now have users who buy a starter kit with Gladys pre-installed, and these users have therefore never accessed Gladys via SSH.
For these users, I am gradually adding everything that is missing for a truly « SSH-free » experience, and retrieving the logs to help these users if they are stuck becomes necessary. That’s why I created this request!
My vision remains the same: the product must be sufficient to understand what is happening, everything should be in the interface in case of error. Logs are only the last resort for « customer support »
