After my smoke detectors died of obsolescence (10 years goes by fast 
), I’m looking for Zigbee smoke detectors compatible with Gladys if possible (just Zigbee would do for now since I couldn’t find any in the Airtable).
With the current jungle of options, I’d prefer user feedback

Thanks for the link, it’s hard to choose between the one you suggested and the one from @Jluc
I don’t understand the price difference, they seem to have similar features and I have four to replace. (and it must be compatible with Gladys Heiman HS1SA control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT)
So I’ll order it, if I buy through your link does the Gladys project get anything?

Okay, I eventually found the link to the page but it should be renamed to « compatible hardware » (highlighting that it supports the project) and moved to the sidebar under Integrations because this is also confusing (people mistakenly think that Integrations in the top bar has the same features as the sidebar so they don’t look…

You’ll need to add it to the list in that case, but if you click on the link that @pierre-gilles pointed you to, it will work.
I confirm what @_Will_71 says — you just need to click on a link I post; if it contains ?domid=17 that means any purchase via that link will give a commission to Gladys Assistant!
So whatever the hardware at domadoo, as soon as you add at the end \u003c ?domid=17 \u003e will it work ?
If yes, this info should be added on the relevant page so that even if the hardware isn’t in the list we know how to order and make Gladys receive her commission !

This kind of information should be available in the documentation. I’ve ordered several times through Amazon because the items were no longer in stock at Domadoo, and I’ll probably install Gladys for several friends, who were won over by my setup. I’ll pay attention to that

I don’t think that’s possible, I couldn’t find a way.

Beyond that, I can’t be too pushy or specific — it would be against the ToS to ask people to buy a bunch of stuff via those links; I can only recommend equipment

The smoke detector works great and you can trigger the alarm remotely, which is very loud.
But it really eats through the batteries 
I replace them easily twice a year.
