SMS and emails require a relay and therefore additional costs for Gladys. Maybe in the paid Plus version :thinking:
But that adds a lot of technical complexity

Otherwise, there’s the option of going through node-red — look for a node-red flows email tutorial and you’ll find one!
It’s for this kind of thing that node-red is interesting and is a good choice made by @pierre-gilles; thanks to node-red we can meet everyone’s needs and every type of hardware because integration devs only become interesting based on the number of requests
