Hi everyone!
The forum is quiet, it’s summer ![]()
Gladys Assistant v4.9.2 was released today, a « patch » version that fixes a few bugs and improves Gladys’ performance:
- The « room temperature » and « room humidity » boxes are now refreshed live when a change occurs. Thanks to @AlexTrovato for the fix!
- The « Integrations » page now works better, with a proper alphabetical sort, and a search bar that works well. Thanks @AlexTrovato
- A new feature type is now available, signal quality, and is displayed like this. For now the feature is not yet used, but it will be added to Zigbee devices later.
- Internal events sent by the different integrations are now handled asynchronously instead of synchronously, which greatly improves the responsiveness of the backend and therefore the interface, especially for users who have many devices.
The purpose of this development was to prepare for the release of compatibility with the Linxee TIC (Zigbee module to monitor a Linky meter), which is a very verbose device and used to easily saturate Gladys before this change ![]()
