The TP-Link external integration is available and functional 
BUT there is a regression compared to the native integration. From what I understand, the network scan usable by an external integration is a passive scan that listens in UDP.
But TP-Link requires an active scan where a UDP packet is sent in broadcast and Gladys Core does not expose that.
So the user must manually enter the IPs of their devices
