hello I’m not sure where to ask if it’s possible to add a GTD-type integration that I find very good (please excuse me if I’m in the wrong place for the request)
Mindwtr (pronounced « mind like water ») is a free, open source (AGPLv3 license) task management application entirely based on the famous Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity method by David Allen. Designed by developer Dongda Li, it positions itself as a modern, privacy-respecting, and local-first alternative to industry giants like Todoist or Things 3.

Here’s the essential information about its features and philosophy:
Philosophy & Privacy Respect
No account, no subscription: You don’t need to create a profile to use it.
Google Play
Local data (Local-First): By default, all your tasks and notes remain stored on your device in open formats (JSON).
Google Play +1
No tracking: The application includes no ads, no analytics tools (like Firebase), and no third-party trackers.
Google Play +1
Optional synchronization: If you want to sync multiple devices, you keep full control of your data. You can use iCloud (Apple), Dropbox, WebDAV, or your own personal server.
Google Play
GTD Method Integration
The application natively and very fluidly integrates the 5 major steps of the GTD flow:
Empty (Capture): An ultra-fast capture tool (via keyboard shortcut, widget, or voice dictation) to instantly send all your ideas to your Inbox.
Sort (Clarify): A guided path helps you process your Inbox in a few seconds (do it now, schedule, delegate, or archive).
Organize: Your tasks are distributed into the official GTD lists (Next, Waiting, Someday/Maybe, Projects, Areas, Contexts).
Act: The Focus view hides all the superfluous to display strictly only the actions you can perform in the present moment, according to your context.
Review (Weekly Review): Mindwtr integrates a guided review assistant to help you empty your mind and keep your lists up to date every week.

Advanced Features
Although minimalist by default, the application hides powerful tools that can be activated according to your needs:
Google Play
Multiple views: Visualization in the form of classic lists, calendar, or Kanban board.
Rich functions: Support for reminders, recurring tasks, checklists, attachments, and notes in Markdown format.
Artificial Intelligence & Devs: Integration of an optional AI assistant (in Bring Your Own Key - BYOK mode with your own API key) and an MCP server to connect AI agents (like Claude) on computer.
Easy import/export: Possibility to directly import your data from Todoist, TickTick, OmniFocus, or Obsidian vaults.
Nightscout: blood glucose from a Nightscout site (value, trend, age of the last measurement, out of target), with triggers on low, very low, high, back in target, rapid rise or fall, and old measurement, an action that prepares a sentence for a message, and a widget with the curve of the last 3 hours. Read-only, and not a medical device: keep the alarms of your sensor. Tested against a real Nightscout in Docker. https://github.com/guim31/gladys-nightscout
XMPP (Jabber): chat with Gladys from Conversations, Gajim, Dino or Monal (like with Telegram), write to an address or in a room from a scene, and trigger a scene on a message or a command (!lumieres off). Only authorized people are listened to. Tested against a real Prosody 13. https://github.com/guim31/gladys-xmpp
Mastodon: post a message from a scene (with the image of an address, for example a snapshot from a camera), reply privately, and triggers on a mention, a private mention, a new follower or a share. Mentions only launch a scene for authorized accounts. Compatible with GoToSocial, Akkoma and Pleroma; tested against a real GoToSocial. GitHub - guim31/gladys-mastodon: Mastodon for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
PVPC: for our Spanish friends, the regulated electricity price hour by hour (open data from Red Eléctrica, no account or key), with the cheapest hours and the 2.0TD period, a widget, triggers at the start of the cheapest hours and an action that finds the best time slot to start a device. Tested against the real API. https://github.com/guim31/gladys-pvpc
Not yet tested in a real Gladys installation: your feedback is welcome.
@Philippe_B you are in the right place. I’m looking for the next wave if Mindwtr exposes something to connect to (synchronization server, API or file); I’ll let you know here what it is.
I’m taking on fifteen new integrations that are still available. I checked today in @Will_71’s thread (up to #327), in the store, in Gladys’s core, and on GitHub. None are announced or reserved by anyone else; if I’m wrong, let me know and I’ll remove it. Each is based on an existing and maintained library or project, without GPL.
Gateways, Alarms, Energy
ismartgate / Gogogate2 (P3): Local garage doors and gates; opening disabled by default.
OpenGarage (P3): The OpenGarage garage door controller locally; opening disabled by default.
Visonic PowerMax / PowerMaster: Visonic alarm panels via a network adapter; disarming disabled by default.
Alfen Eve (P3): Alfen charging stations locally; commands disabled by default, pause is never blocked.
sonnenBatterie (P3): sonnen batteries via their official local API, read-only.
Outdoor and Sensors
Davis WeatherLink (P3): Davis weather stations, via the cloud or locally.
Robonect (P3): Robonect-equipped lawn mowers, locally; starting disabled by default.
PurpleAir (P4): PurpleAir air quality sensors, locally or via the cloud.
Afternoon wave, still testable for real (recap here at the end):
Mindwtr: For @Philippe_B, the GTD app is feasible via its self-hosted synchronization server (mindwtr-cloud, with its REST API): tasks of the day, overdue tasks, and inbox tasks in Gladys, adding a task from a scene, triggers on a task that is due. You therefore need to synchronize the app with your own Mindwtr server (not Dropbox or WebDAV).
Keycloak: Alerts from its identity provider (login failures, locked accounts, new administrator) as scene triggers, like authentik
NetAlertX: Devices on its network (present, absent), and especially a trigger when an unknown device connects
Game Servers (GameDig): Online or not, connected players, map, for more than 300 games (Valheim, Counter-Strike, ARK, Satisfactory…), with triggers when a player arrives or the server goes down; Minecraft is better served by gladys-minecraft
Real-time parking: Free spaces in public parking lots of cities that publish them as open data (Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Nantes, Rennes, Lille, Montpellier…), with a trigger when a parking lot falls below a threshold
Mindwtr: GTD app tasks in Gladys, via its self-hosted synchronization server (mindwtr-cloud): inbox, next actions, waiting, overdue, due today, next deadline, and a « today » widget with a button to complete a task. Triggers when a task is due, becomes overdue, or when the inbox awaits review; actions to add a task (« tomorrow 18:30 », contexts) and to complete one. Tested against a real Mindwtr 1.3.6 server. GitHub - guim31/gladys-mindwtr: Mindwtr GTD tasks for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Keycloak: one device per realm (login failures and successes, sessions, locked accounts), with triggers on a failure, a series of failures, a locked account, or a sensitive administrative action (admin role assigned, user created or deleted), as for authentik. Read-only. Tested against a real Keycloak 26.4. GitHub - guim31/gladys-keycloak: Keycloak security events for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Game servers: up to 4 servers among more than 300 games thanks to GameDig (Valheim, CS2, Rust, Palworld…): online, players, map, ping, a widget, and triggers when a player arrives or leaves, when the server goes down, comes back, empties, or is full. Tested against a real OpenArena server; for Minecraft, gladys-minecraft goes further. GitHub - guim31/gladys-gamedig: Game servers (GameDig) for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Not yet tested in a real Gladys installation: your feedback is welcome.
@Philippe_B Mindwtr is here: you need to synchronize the app with your own Mindwtr server (the Docker image mindwtr-cloud), not with Dropbox or WebDAV. The French documentation explains the setup; let me know if it suits you.
Evening update, always testable for real (recap here when released):
HTTP / JSON Sensors: the all-in-one integration that was missing: read a value from any JSON API or page (address, field path, unit) to make a Gladys sensor, and call an address from a scene (GET / POST with body and headers). For everything that doesn’t have its integration yet
Rocket.Chat: chat with Gladys from Rocket.Chat, and send a message to a channel from a scene, like for Mattermost, Matrix, and XMPP
Miniflux: the self-hosted RSS reader: unread articles by category, trigger on a new article from a feed or category, and « mark as read » from a scene
Umami: statistics for your sites (visitors right now, visits and page views of the day), with a trigger on a spike in visitors
Planka: self-hosted kanban boards: overdue or due today cards, trigger when a card changes column, add a card from a scene
Five integrations from the batch reserved for #328 are published. They will arrive at the store at the next indexer pass; « Install from GitHub » already works with the link of each repository.
HTTP / JSON Sensors: up to 10 sensors read from any JSON API or text page (address, field path or regular expression, Gladys type, unit, factor), a trigger when a request fails, and a scene action that calls an address (GET / POST, headers, body with scene variables) and returns the response in variables. For everything that doesn’t have its integration yet. Tested against a real server and a public API. GitHub - guim31/gladys-http-json: Generic HTTP / JSON sensors and requests for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Rocket.Chat: converse with Gladys in direct message with a Rocket.Chat bot (after linking your account with a code), write in a channel from a scene, and trigger a scene on a message or command, like for Mattermost. Only authorized people are listened to. Tested against a real Rocket.Chat 8.9. GitHub - guim31/gladys-rocketchat: Rocket.Chat messaging for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Miniflux: unread articles from your RSS reader, by category, with triggers on a new article (stream filters, category, title word) and a stream in error, actions to mark a category as read or refresh, and a widget. Tested against a real Miniflux 2.3. GitHub - guim31/gladys-miniflux: Miniflux RSS reader for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Umami: statistics of your sites (visitors right now, visits and page views of the day, most viewed page), with triggers on a visitor spike, the first visitor of the day or a site silent for too long (broken tracker?). Self-hosted or Umami Cloud. Tested against a real Umami 3. GitHub - guim31/gladys-umami: Umami web analytics for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Not yet tried in a real Gladys installation: your feedback is welcome.
@mutmut good question: to call an address from a scene, the HTTP request from the core already does the job, and the integration action doesn’t bring much more. The interest is elsewhere: the sensors. The integration queries the address alone at regular intervals and stores the value in a Gladys device, with its history, graphs, dashboard and usual triggers (« temperature > 25 »…), without writing a scene that runs in a loop. Plus a trigger when the address no longer responds.
Night wave, still testable for real (recap here when it’s out):
Homebridge (bridge): your Homebridge accessories in Gladys (plugs, lamps, sensors, thermostats… from all its plugins), with their states and commands, like openHAB, ioBroker, and FHEM bridges
Kimai: the self-hosted time tracking: ongoing timer, hours for the day and the week, and start/stop a timer from a scene (a button on the desktop, arrival at the office…)
Wallabag: articles to read later: unread, add an address from a scene, trigger on a new article
Kavita: the reading server (books, comics, manga): new volumes added as a scene trigger, current reading, libraries
Owncast: your self-hosted live streaming server: live or not, viewers, title, with a trigger at the start and end of the stream
Homebridge (bridge): all accessories from its Homebridge plugins become Gladys devices (plugs, lamps, sensors, thermostats, shutters…), with their states and commands, like openHAB, ioBroker, and FHEM bridges. Locks, garage doors, and alarms remain read-only until authorized. You need to enable Homebridge’s « insecure mode » to control accessories (the documentation explains why). Tested against a real Homebridge 2.4. GitHub - guim31/gladys-homebridge: Homebridge bridge for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Morning vague, always testable for real (recap here at the end):
WeeWX: measurements from a weather station managed by WeeWX (temperature, humidity, wind, rain, pressure, UV…), regardless of the station brand, with triggers for the start of rain or a gust
GLPI: the asset and ticket manager: open tickets, overdue tickets, new ticket as a scene trigger, and ticket creation from a scene (a failure detected by Gladys that opens a ticket on its own)
Pinchflat: automatic downloads of YouTube channels: new video downloaded as a trigger, queue, errors
Entur: upcoming departures in Norway (trains, buses, ferries), delays and disruptions, in open data without a key
Radio propagation (HamQSL): for radio amateurs, the state of HF bands day/night, solar flux, K and A indices, with a trigger when a band opens
WeeWX: measurements from a WeeWX-managed weather station, regardless of brand (Davis, Ecowitt / Fine Offset, Oregon, La Crosse…), via MQTT (weewx-mqtt extension) or a skin’s JSON file: temperatures, humidity, wind and gusts, rain, pressure, UV, radiation, with triggers when rain starts or stops, on a gust or a silent station, and a widget. Tested against a real WeeWX with its simulation driver. GitHub - guim31/gladys-weewx: WeeWX weather station software for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
GLPI: the inventory and tickets: new, in progress, pending, overdue, resolved today, with triggers on a new ticket, an overdue or resolved ticket, and actions to create a ticket or add a follow-up from a scene (a leak detected by Gladys that opens a ticket on its own). Tested against a real GLPI. GitHub - guim31/gladys-glpi: GLPI asset and helpdesk for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Pinchflat: automatic downloads of YouTube channels: videos downloaded today, pending, in error, last video, with triggers on a new downloaded video or a failure (with yt-dlp’s error), and a widget. Honest caveat: Pinchflat has no API, so the integration reads its interface pages, which may break on a Pinchflat update. Tested against a real Pinchflat 2025.9 with a real video. GitHub - guim31/gladys-pinchflat: Pinchflat YouTube downloads for Gladys Assistant · GitHub
Lunch vague, still testable for real (recap here at the end):
