Most popular Home Assistant integrations → candidates for Gladys external integrations

I’m taking fifteen new integrations for a batch 17, still focused on hardware sold in Europe: heat pumps and boilers, energy storage and meters, relays, ventilation, irrigation, and audio. I checked them today in @Will_71’s tracker (up to #405), in the store, in Gladys’s core, and on GitHub. None are announced or reserved by anyone else; if I’m wrong, let me know and I’ll remove it. Eleven of them are not yet in the tracker: this message is to get them in there. All run locally, without cloud, and rely on a library under MIT or Apache license or on the manufacturer’s documentation, without imitating the official application.

Heating

  • Lambda: Lambda heat pumps (EU-L), in Modbus TCP; bounded setpoints, modes disabled by default.
  • iDM: iDM heat pumps (Navigator 2.0), in Modbus TCP; bounded setpoints, modes disabled by default.
  • ETA: ETA wood and pellet boilers (ETAtouch), via the official boiler REST API; writes disabled by default.
  • Waterkotte: Waterkotte heat pumps (EcoTouch, EasyCon), via the local regulation interface; bounded setpoints.

On SDK 0.16, in French and English. I publish them in groups of five, with a recap here each time. Testers welcome!

[Integration] Agora Family: School Canteen, After-School, and Bills in Gladys :school:

Hello everyone,

If your town uses the Agora Family portal (Agora Plus), here are two integrations for Gladys 5.3+:

1. Agora Family: GitHub - prohand/gladys-agorafamille: Gladys external integration to connect agora famille in Gladys · GitHub

  • One device per child (today’s and tomorrow’s reservations, yes/no for canteen)
  • Amount to pay, bills, town hall messages
  • Scene triggers, and a widget for the dashboard

2. Agora Family Calendar: GitHub - prohand/gladys-calendar-agorafamille: Gladys external integration to connect agora famille calendar in Gladys · GitHub

  • Each child’s reservations and bills to pay in the Gladys calendar

Read-only: nothing is ever booked or canceled on the portal.

There is no official API and I have only tested one town: your feedback is welcome :folded_hands:

First wave of batch 17 (reserved for #406): heating. The five integrations will arrive in the store at the next indexer pass, and « Install from GitHub » already works with the link of each repository. For all of them, the heating shutdown does not depend on any option and takes precedence over other commands; other commands are deactivated by default, and the hot water never exceeds 60 °C (55 °C by default).

Lambda v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-lambda-heat-pump · GitHub
Lambda heat pumps (EU-L), locally via Modbus TCP according to the protocol published by Lambda: temperatures, COP, state, heating circuits, hot water, buffer, setpoints and modes. The controller forgets a mode that is not rewritten: the shutdown of a circuit is therefore maintained and rewritten, never lifted by time, and only yields to a click or another mode chosen elsewhere (read twice in a row). Ported from lambda_heat_pumps (MIT).

iDM v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-idm · GitHub
iDM heat pumps (Navigator 2.0), locally via Modbus TCP: temperatures, state, circuits, hot water, solar, power, setpoints and modes. Only one connection at a time (the Navigator only accepts one client), an unconfirmed shutdown is retried for 3 minutes, and the writing of the photovoltaic surplus will come later. Ported from hacs-idm-heatpump (MIT) and iDM’s Modbus documentation.

ETA v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-eta · GitHub
ETA wood and pellet boilers (ETAtouch), locally via ETA’s official REST API (to be activated on the screen): temperatures, boiler state, pellet reserve, ashes, errors, counters. Read-only for now: this API has no password, and what can be written to it are mainly installer settings. Keep it on the local network. Ported from homeassistant_eta_integration (MIT).

Waterkotte v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-waterkotte · GitHub
Waterkotte heat pumps (EcoTouch), locally via the web interface of the regulation: temperatures, state, compressor, hot water, setpoint and modes. Only one session kept with the regulation, which accepts few, and never reconnects in a loop. EasyCon regulations are read-only. Ported from ha-waterkotte (MIT).

CTC v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-ctc · GitHub
CTC heat pumps (EcoZenith, EcoAir), locally via Modbus TCP according to CTC’s BMS manual: about fifty measurements, heating mode, hot water mode and room setpoint. Only temporary registers are written, never the saved settings; the hot water setpoint waits for its scale to be confirmed. Ported from HA-CTC-Local-Easyconf (Apache-2.0).

None of them have yet run with a real heat pump or boiler: your feedback is welcome in the GitHub issues, especially if you have one of these devices.

Second wave of batch 17 (reserved for #406): energy and relays. The five integrations will arrive at the store on the next indexer pass, and “Install from GitHub” already works with the link of each repository. All run locally, without cloud. Energy indexes and counters are never published at 0 or in decline: a jump or a decrease is recorded and reported in the integration status, and is accepted in two clicks when it’s a real change (counter replaced, reset).

OpenEMS / FENECON v0.1.1 : GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-openems · GitHub
The FENECON FEMS storage and OpenEMS systems, via the local API of the Edge (guest or owner user): production, battery, network, home, energies, production index. Read-only for now. The integration reuses its token to avoid cluttering the Edge. Ported from ha_openems (Apache-2.0); nothing is taken from OpenEMS itself, only its API is used.

Solakon ONE v0.1.1 : GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-solakon · GitHub
The Solakon ONE balcony battery, in Modbus TCP: production, battery, output, counters. Control (forced charging or discharging, charging limits, emergency output) is disabled by default, always with a timer that brings the battery back to automatic; the return to automatic mode, on the other hand, does not depend on any option. Ported from the integration published by Solakon (MIT).

Eco-Devices v0.1.1 : GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-ecodevices · GitHub
The Eco-Devices from GCE Electronics, via its documented local API: the two teleinfo inputs (power, index by rate, consumption index) and the two pulse counters (water or gas, in m³). Read-only. Distinct from the teleinfo via USB key by @prohand. Only the Tempo rate has been confirmed on a real response: feedback with a low-rate subscription or EJP is particularly welcome. Ported from pyecodevices (MIT) and the HA ecodevices integration (Apache-2.0).

Sinapsi Alfa v0.1.1 : GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-sinapsi-alfa · GitHub
Italian meters via the Sinapsi Alfa box, in Modbus TCP: drawn and injected power, production, index, time slot, power outage notice. Read-only; injection is never counted as consumption. Ported from ha-sinapsi-alfa (MIT).

IPX800 v0.1.1 : GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-ipx800 · GitHub
The GCE IPX800 V4 and V5 controllers, via the local API: relays, inputs, X-4FP pilot wire and X-THL probes. Relays remain read-only as long as they are not listed in the configuration; on the pilot wire, Stop and Frost always pass, Eco and Comfort are disabled by default. The API key never appears in the logs. Counters, shutters and dimmers will come later. Ported from pypx800 and pypx800v5 (MIT) and the HA ipx800 integrations (Apache-2.0).

None have yet run with a real device: your feedback is welcome in the GitHub issues.

Third and final wave of batch 17 (reserved for #406): ventilation, watering, and audio. The five integrations will arrive at the store on the next indexer pass, and “Install from GitHub” already works with the link of each repository. All run locally, without cloud. Commands are disabled by default; shutdown, however, does not depend on any option and is never lifted by time.

Komfovent v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-komfovent · GitHub
The Komfovent dual-flow ventilation (C6, C6M, C8 regulations) in Modbus TCP: temperatures, flows, mode, filters, efficiency, air quality, alarms. Mode and startup behind an option; the shutdown of the central unit is maintained until a startup from Gladys or a restart at the panel. Modbus unit identifier 1 by default, adjustable. Ported from hass-komfovent (MIT), registers verified on Komfovent manuals.

Dantherm / Pluggit v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-dantherm · GitHub
Dantherm ventilation (HCV, RCV, HCH) and Pluggit (AP, iFlow) in Modbus TCP: flows, mode, bypass, temperatures, filters, alarms. Mode and filter reset each have their own option; shutdown exits absence, summer, chimney, and night modes first. Ported from dantherm and pluggit (Apache-2.0).

Helios v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-helios · GitHub
Helios KWL EC easyControls (2.x) ventilation in Modbus TCP according to Helios documentation: level, mode, party mode, temperatures, humidity, CO2, filters, alarms. Mode, level, and party mode behind an option; party mode shutdown always passes. easyControls 3.0 units (Modbus RTU only) are not supported. Ported from eazyctrl (BSD) and homeassistant-easycontrols (MIT).

LinkTap v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-linktap · GitHub
LinkTap irrigation schedulers (TapLinker, ValveLinker) via the local API of the GW-02 gateway: immediate watering (bounded duration, up to 120 min), stop, pause plan, status, flow, volumes, battery. Watering is disabled by default and never a switch; stop is returned as long as the valve flows, and watering restarted from the LinkTap app is not cut off when it is recognized for sure. Ported from linktap_local_http_component (MIT).

Roon v0.1.1: GitHub - LM1LC3N7/gladys-roon · GitHub
Roon zones in the Gladys 5.3 Music widget (Gladys 5.3 required), via the official Roon API: play, pause, volume, mute, current track, grouping. The extension appears in Roon under the name “Gladys (community)”: it is a community integration, not an official Gladys Assistant extension. Volume capped at 50% by default. Ported from node-roon-api (Apache-2.0, RoonLabs).

Batch 17 is complete: fifteen integrations published. None have yet run with a real device: your feedback is welcome in the GitHub issues.

[Integration] Holidays Calendar: Public Holidays and School Holidays in Gladys Calendar

Hello everyone,

Holidays Calendar adds public holidays (around 200 countries) and French school holidays directly to Gladys’ calendar. It works offline, without an account.

Once the calendar is shared with the household, your scenes can use it. For example: no wake-up call on a public holiday or during school holidays.

Installation (Gladys 5.2.0 minimum):

  • Install from GitHub: https://github.com/prohand/gladys-calendar-holidays
  • Select the country and zone, then click on « Enable for me » in « My Calendars ».

This is a new integration: your feedback is welcome! :folded_hands:
Thanks to @guim31 for gladys-holidays, which it uses for calculating public holidays and reading the school calendar.

I’m taking fifteen new integrations for batch 18: European heating, energy and charging, and for the first time, equipment mainly sold in North America. I checked it today in @Will_71’s tracker (up to #412), in the store, in Gladys’s core, and on GitHub. None are announced or reserved by anyone else; if I’m wrong, let me know and I’ll remove it. Most are not yet in the tracker: this message is to get them in. All run locally, without cloud, and rely on a library under MIT or Apache license or on the manufacturer’s documentation, without imitating the official application.
