Hello,
I’m trying to connect my calendars hosted at Informaniak to Gladys
I can see my 3 calendars coming through:
The sync seems ok after the second click on the ‹ synchronize › button:
However, on the first click I see this message
Here’s what I have in the logs:
Of the three calendars offered, I see the events from only one
Do you have any idea what could be causing this please?
Edit: After the reset, the calendar that was appearing no longer appears
Edit2: I had to disable/enable the calendar several times for it to come back; however this does not work for the other two
Hi! Don’t you have any error logs? I don’t see anything unusual in your logs
I’m tagging @bertrandda who is the developer of this integration
No error logs unless a command lets you display a more verbose mode ; )
Hi, are you connected via Gladys Plus? I don’t have it so I can’t recheck, but it seemed to me at one time that when the first synchronization took too long the Gladys Plus request would time out and it would show the error you have in the CalDAV configuration interface (no error in the docker logs since the synchronization completed correctly in the background). Try clicking on « remettre à zero », then restart the synchronization.
I just created an infomaniak account to try to reproduce; for now everything is working correctly.
In the names of the calendars/events do you use special characters (accents, :, -…)? Normally it should work even with them, but maybe infomaniak handles them differently
Do you have a lot of events in your calendars? Do you use recurring events?
Thanks for the feedback
I’m not using Gladys Plus at the moment.
I have quite a few past events but no recurring events
The three calendars are: mine, my partner’s, and an external calendar for a sporting event (it’s the latter that works).
I have a ‹ - › in the calendar that works; for the others there are accents in the first names.
As for the events, I don’t think so either, but I have so many that have passed
I’ve already tried re-synchronizing without success
Edit: I just checked and some events from my partner’s calendar appeared but not all; my own calendar still shows nothing
Edit 2: I just tried deleting and re-syncing again, selecting only my calendar. I’ll see the result tomorrow
After checking this morning, nothing showed up
@bertrandda in case of errors, are there any error logs or not?
It would be worth adding the synchronization tasks to Gladys’s « Background tasks » tab, it’s not very complicated and it allows surfacing errors in the UI

Strange behavior today, I can see an appointment today but on the other days (before/after) I don’t see anything
