[zwaveJS] device update after adding a new feature

Hello,
if a device is already saved with one or more features and some are missing, we don’t receive an update request when a new feature is later added to Gladys.

Currently you have to delete the device and save it again with its

We already have this functionality in the Zigbee2mqtt integration; it could be fully added to the Z-Wave integration.

Note: The Matter integration does have this functionality
