Hi everyone! 
I’m picking up @pierre-gilles’ list from the top, and at the very top is… MET Norway (Met.no), the weather from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. It’s the weather installed by default on Home Assistant: 83% of installations use it! It’s global, free, no account or API key required.
What it does
Another weather provider for the Gladys weather widget and the chat: current conditions, 24 hours with hourly rain, and 8 days.
In °C or °F, depending on each user’s settings.
A trigger « Rain or snow expected in the hour », filterable by house, by type (rain, sleet, snow) and by intensity, with a ready-made message to send.
Two scene actions: « Precipitation for the coming hour » and « Day forecast » (today or tomorrow), to insert into a message.
In Nordic countries, as a bonus: gusts and the probability of rain.
The cool part
Rain expected in the hour → « Bring in the laundry! » on Telegram
7 a.m. → the day’s weather announced on the living room speaker
8 p.m. → garden watering only if less than 2 mm is forecast for tomorrow
Installation
Gladys 5.2 minimum (to choose the house from a list).

- Check that your house has a position (Settings → Houses).
- Install the integration and allow access to the house’s position.
- Click on « Test MET Norway » in the configuration, and you’re good to go.
Honest caveats: MET Norway only has official alerts for Norway (for vigilance, Météo-France remains the right address), rain is accurate to the hour and not to the minute, and gusts only exist in Nordic countries. The integration respects MET’s conditions (one call every 30 minutes at most per house).
