It’s strange, I have three phones in front of me and a tablet, and I have no bugs after the update…
@aiaalm Are you waiting for the sync to finish before changing the view?

My mistake!
I might have an idea of where this could be coming from… but the error occurs very rarely because it’s something that Android should normally handle…
I’ll look into finding a solution!
In the meantime, have you encountered any other bugs?
@scoob79 Still the same bug?
@aiaalm I updated the app to version 0.4.2, let me know if that fixes your issue.
@LepetitGeek Big mess at my place ![]()
App crash on startup after the update
I uninstalled/reinstalled it, same issue!
And you took a step back, the start screen is now « Your home assi-tant » again
Did you remove a bit too much code? The app has reduced by 1MB!?
@Tiofay Did you forget to put your token by any chance?
@C4rlit0 WTF? Is it a mess even at your place?!
Damn it, I’m hopeless ![]()
No, on the contrary ![]()
Oh dear, it’s even worse, I just reinstalled the old version and I’m getting a 500 error. All the parameters are there. I’m perplexed…
Ok, I’m asking to be punished ![]()
I made a stupid key-value error in the settings! (yes, that’s me being stupid..)
This should solve your problem @Tiofay, but for you @C4rlit0, I doubt it, but you never know!
It’s normal, the database was upgraded in this version because of the Brain, so going back is not possible..
Try both of you with version 0.4.3!
But I still wonder how it could have worked for me…
Nope! App crash..
Let me try something..
If you could get me a log, that would be perfect! ^^
Good.. Progressing..
I went into the Android settings to do « clear data » in the application menu.
The app launches but after the reset, it crashes when I start the sync.
What logs do you want?
You should create a log file that you place in a folder on the phone ![]()
I think I might have found something but it’s leaving me perplexed!
I updated my libraries and I knew I might have some issues with that but I have the impression that a function I was using with the old version has completely disappeared in the new one…
Damn good idea! I’ll see if it’s feasible!
Of course it’s doable
You just need to request storage access on first launch ![]()
WTF !?? The android.com server is completely broken!! ![]()
Nope @LepetitGeek Appcrash
You don’t even have time to start a sync?! ![]()
First try → I updated → AppCrash
Second try like earlier, I deleted the app data, reconfigured it, launched it, synced and BAM! Crash
Is your sync usually long or not?
And haven’t you changed something in your device?
@scoob79 same question ^^
No, I’d say 2-3 seconds
I assigned a few pieces but nothing crazy!
You wouldn’t mind trying this one out? ![]()
Sorry, you’re kind of playing the role of the beta tester…
Yes! ![]()
It works this one!
