Explain a symbol

Hello,
I’m taking advantage of the interface redesign to suggest a small idea.
It would be nice to add a « title » property to the symbols to explain their meaning.

In the example above, what does the crossed-out signal level mean?
But there must be even more esoteric symbols.
What do you think?

In the example above this shows that the signal strength is 0. No signal.

I don’t know if a title would add anything, I admit it seems rather clear to me

For the given example, it’s explicit.
Adding extra text would overload the view for me.
