Evolve the Alexa integration

Hello everyone

I would like to enhance the Alexa integration to make use of my thermostats via my new Echo Dot speaker I received for Christmas.

I feel a good way to start is the file " deviceMappings.js". I will base it on version 3 of the Alexa API (Alexa.ThermostatController.Configuration Interface 3 | Alexa Skills Kit).

I saw there was a code review for this integration. Will that be necessary for future changes?
