I’m trying to install Gladys v4, but here’s the thing, the system is asking for a login and password that I don’t know.
Do you know if there is a default login and password?
Because right now I’m completely stuck and I can’t add my Wi-Fi key and therefore access the interface from another PC.

I assume you’re referring to the Linux system login/password 
It’s the same password as the default Raspberry Pi OS image!
Login: pi
Password: raspberry

If I understand correctly, your goal is to set up Wi-Fi on your Pi?
Which version of the Raspberry Pi do you have? I’m trying to find a tutorial for you on the internet.

Yes, that’s it. I’m trying to install Gladys and access the dashboard to add my Wi-Fi key.
Or do it from the terminal if possible
