Gladys Plus instance blocked

My Gladys Plus instance is stuck on this page (See image)

I reset my Raspberry Pi 4, and my router => still stuck on this page!

Do you have any idea what the problem is?

Indeed @Isage, a bug appeared recently, the fix is coming soon.
