[integration] Water consumption (SWDE) 💧

Hello everyone,

I present to you Gladys SWDE, an external integration that tracks water consumption from a SWDE (Société wallonne des eaux) meter in Gladys.

What it does:

  • :chart_increasing: three sensors with history: meter index (m³), period consumption (m³) and daily average (L/day);
  • :puzzle_piece: a dashboard widget: live tiles, graph of the average over 1, 3 or 12 months, source status and « Refresh » button;
  • :clapper_board: scenes: « New reading » and « High water consumption » triggers (adjustable threshold, useful for detecting a leak or a tap left open), and a « Read water meter » action;
  • :house::cloud: works locally (manual readings or gateway on your network) or in the cloud (authorized JSON endpoint, like easyCONSO);
  • :globe_showing_europe_africa: available in French, English, German and Spanish.

Respect for your data: SWDE does not publish a public API. The integration will therefore never ask for your SWDE password and does not automate the Customer Space. You enter your readings manually (from the meter or the SWDE history) or you indicate a JSON endpoint that you are authorized to use. Any token is stored as a protected secret in Gladys.

Installation: Gladys 5.1.0 minimum. Install « SWDE Water Consumption » from the integrations catalog, fill in the configuration, then add the meter from the Discovery tab.

Your feedback and ideas are welcome here or on GitHub. Happy water consumption monitoring! :sweat_droplets:

As this integration requires manually entering water consumption (meter readings), it is usable by everyone!
