Hello everyone,
I present to you DSMR Smart Meter, an external integration that reads DSMR meters via their P1 port. These meters are present in the
Netherlands,
Belgium,
Luxembourg,
Sweden, and
Hungary.
What it brings:
Real-time drawn and injected power, total and per phase (voltage, current)
Index by rate (day/night) connected to Gladys energy tracking: consumption and costs according to your contract
Gas and water meters automatically detected
Quarterly and monthly peaks for the Belgian capacity rate
Support for Luxembourgish Smarty meters, whose telegrams are encrypted
Scene triggers: rate change, start or end of solar injection (ideal for running the washing machine on surplus), power outage, new monthly peak
Scene actions « Read meter » and « Daily balance », to receive a summary every evening
Two dashboard widgets: an overview, and a view per phase with gauges to the scale of your circuit breaker
100 % local, no cloud or account. Available in French, English, German, and Spanish
Equipment: a P1 network reader. This can be a Wi-Fi dongle that broadcasts telegrams in TCP, a HomeWizard P1 meter (local API), or a simple USB P1 cable shared with ser2net, possibly on the machine running Gladys.
The French Linky does not use a P1 port but teleinformation: it is not compatible.
Installation: from the Gladys integrations catalog (version 5.1 minimum), then enter the reader’s address and click on « Test connection ».

This is a first version. I haven’t been able to test it on all meters, so your feedback is welcome, especially if you have a Belgian, Luxembourgish, Dutch, Swedish, or Hungarian meter! ![]()
