External integration - Notion Calendar

Hello,

I am publishing a new external integration for Gladys: Notion Calendar. It synchronizes Notion databases that you display in Notion Calendar into Gladys calendars.

What it does

  • Each Notion database with a date property becomes a Gladys calendar.
  • Events for the day or with a time are managed, as well as the time zone, location, and link to the Notion page.
  • A page deleted in Notion disappears from Gladys at the next sync (every 15 minutes by default, adjustable).
  • Calendars work with the calendar view, the native reminder « An event is about to start, Â» and the assistant.

Scenes

  • Triggers: Notion event added (filterable by calendar) and Notion sync failure.
  • Actions: Sync, Add a Notion event (creates the page in Notion), and Read the next event. The latter is used, for example, to announce the first appointment of the day every morning.

Widgets

  • Notion Agenda: upcoming events, with a link to Notion.
  • Notion Summary: events in the next 24 hours and 7 days, the time until the next event, and the sync status.

Privacy
Each household member activates the integration with their own Notion token. Their calendars remain private until they share them: widgets and scenes only see shared calendars.

Installation

  1. Create an internal integration on Notion and copy its secret.
  2. On each database to synchronize: ••• → Connections → add your integration.
  3. In Gladys, install Notion Calendar from the catalog, then paste your secret in My calendars.

You need Gladys 5.2.0 or later.
