hello @prohand I am having trouble with the initial configuration of life360 with the access token method (recommended) I find the token and therefore only fill in the email (without the password)
but the response remains Life360 refused the access token (expired or false). Copy a new one from life360.com (I tried 3 times)
with this log

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for the feedback and the logs!
When testing the Life360 API, I noticed that a fake or expired token returns an error 401. Your 403 therefore means something else. There are two possible causes:
- The copied value is incorrect. You only need the
access_token value:
- F12 → Network tab → filter
token;
- log in to life360.com;
- click on the
POST request to /v3/oauth2/token → Response tab;
- copy only the long string of letters and numbers after
"access_token":. Do not copy the entire response, nor the value of another request.
- Cloudflare is blocking your internet address. Cloudflare protects Life360 and sometimes blocks certain connections, often due to a VPN or a proxy. Does your Gladys go through one of these?
I released version 0.0.2. It clearly shows which of the two causes is blocking:
- « Life360 does not accept this access token (HTTP 403) » → recopy the token (point 1);
- « Cloudflare… is blocking Gladys’s internet address » → check the VPN, or wait a few hours.
After a refusal, the integration now waits 15 minutes before retrying, instead of retrying every minute. If you save the configuration, it retries immediately.
Can you update, repaste the token, and tell me the message displayed? If it still blocks, enable Detailed Logs and send me the error lines. The token never appears in the logs.
Thanks for your reply and I admit I don’t understand why Gladys doesn’t go through Cloudflare (I have GladysPlus) and I do use Cloudflare tunnels but on a ZimaOS server on a mini PC different from Gladys which runs alone on a Beelink (thanks @pierre-gilles)
Could it be Live360 running behind Cloudflare?
In any case, another failure and here are my refreshed logs

You’re right, it’s Life360 behind Cloudflare, your installation has nothing to do with it. Cloudflare was blocking the way the integration opens the connection (same known issue on the Home Assistant side). Version 0.0.3 now connects like they do. You can update and let me know if the message disappears?
yes I am connected with Logs
