IKEA TRADFI Integration

Hello.
Recently, while passing by IKEA, I was tempted by a Tradfi plug to test with Gladys. However, after starting / configuring zigbee2mqtt on my instance, I can’t add the plug or the switch :frowning:
I tried pressing the pairing buttons for more than 10 seconds, less than 5 cm from my dongle, nothing to do. Is there something I might have missed?

Have you properly set up the Zigbee2Mqtt service with Gladys and a compatible key?

For me, Ikea only does Zigbee, but we can be sure with the exact model you bought.

There is the Zigbee logo on the box (Ref 803.647.94)
The Zigbee service is properly activated

The model looks a lot like this one https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/E1603_E1702_E1708.html

But yours is not yet supported.. Can you check the management interface (http://pi’s ip:8080)?
You will see if your plug is paired and if it is supported.

It’s not very clear in the box documentation, but I have a E1702 doc and a E1743 (I assume E1743 corresponds to the control button). I’ll wait until it’s supported :slight_smile:
I could beta test if needed.

http://ip_domobox:8080 = ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED at my place (I’m on v4.6.0).
