Unable to connect my Tradfri to Zigbee2mqtt

Hello everyone,

I’m restarting my project after several months of inactivity (illness).

I have installed a fresh version of Gladys v4.
I just bought various Tradfri (Ikea) modules, as well as a CC2652 dongle from Slaesh (received today).

I’m having trouble pairing my Tradfri lamps/switches/gateway with Gladys.

Everything is well configured and functional, but I can’t detect my devices.

I tried to connect via SSH, but I receive the message « Permission Denied » (Login: Pi / Pass: raspberry)

I have browsed several forum posts, but I can’t find any traces of Tradfri configuration.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Michel

Hello @e-Mich76!

I just saw your message after your vacation.

So that other community members can see your message, I moved it to a separate topic with a title that clearly explains the problem

I don’t have Zigbee2mqtt, so on this part I won’t be able to help you, I’ll let other community members answer you

Is the login « pi » in lowercase, is that what you typed?

Are you using the official Raspberry Pi OS Gladys image downloaded from the website?

Hello,

For the record, I finally managed to connect and configure my Tradfri by installing the Gladys image again.

I connected a screen/keyboard to my pi to view the configurations/logs as per the various posts, but nothing worked.

PS: For information, I was indeed using the latest official image from the website, pi in lowercase, …

When I installed Gladys last week and started configuring my users, rooms, etc.,
I started the installation of ZigBee2MQTT, but without having a USB stick.

In my opinion, the containers were generated with a bad configuration, and even though I selected the correct location, the configuration did not change.
