Matrix protocol integration (p2p messaging)

Hello/Good evening

I suggest creating a messaging integration for you — that of Matrix, like Telegram, which I personally don’t use.

I use this protocol because it allows me to be 100% autonomous if I want, and it could be a good asset for Gladys
