Philips Hue integrations - scan bug or not?

When you enter the Philips Hue integration, the scan starts automatically, unlike other integrations where you have to click to start the scan. Likewise, if you click on « Devices » and then go back to « Bridge configuration », is that intentional or is it a bug?

It depends on the integrations; for example, for Sonos I also enabled an automatic scan.
