[I need you] List of devices compatible with Gladys v4

Hello everyone!

We are very close to the RC release, and the Integrations page on the website looks a bit empty.

It would be nice if, for the release, all devices compatible with Gladys 4 were in this list

I understand that you are not all comfortable with GitHub, so I have created a shared document with an example product. You can fill out this document with the products you use in Gladys 4, and I will take care of transposing this list to the website.

Note: Only add a product if it works correctly with Gladys 4. If it is under development or the product is not tested, do not add it!

In peripherals, you mean for example the models of Philips Hue bulbs, or the different Sonoff models?

Do you want to include dongles (Zigbee or Z-Wave for example) in the devices?

Exactly! A peripheral = an object that I can buy in the store.

Feel free to be exhaustive, I think we will then add categories on the site to make it easier to search/filter.

Yes!

Be careful, only include what is deployed and tested in master and available on the official image

I think I’ve put everything that works with the Philips Hue service.

@Tlse-vins Thanks! However, you didn’t include any photos or purchase links?

If it’s not too much trouble to add these elements, that would be great. Otherwise, I’ll do it, but it would really help if the images were there  Without images, these lines will not be displayed.

Same remark for the one who added the Sonoff!

Well, I’ve updated a lot of them.
I’m not really into purchase links because with new versions and broken links, it’s never clean.

For the Sonoff, it’s the same for me, I need to find the photos.

For information, I used this site: https://zigbee.blakadder.com/index.html

It allows generating affiliate links

I often use this DB, it’s really detailed

I took the links that are on the same site.
They will be happy!

And can affiliation help Gladys grow?

I don’t have the information about who created the line

How is this managed? Via philips-hue?

I got the information from the Github in the Philips Hue service.

Okay, I see. I thought it was just « Community tested Â» gear. My mistake.

It is necessary that @pierre-gilles confirms.
Because if it is in Gladys, it means a user must have requested it. Right?

For the Philips Hue part, indeed, we handled each case individually, so when it’s in the code, it’s good to go!

I only have Z-Wave, RF433, and Bluetooth, so I can’t help.
An IP camera, but Gladys only allows you to view the stream. No remote control of zoom, rotation, what is recorded on the SD card, or taking photos…
Another camera, USB, but same remarks as above.

Thanks @Tlse-vins for your contribution, I’ve spent the day on the Integration page and it’s starting to look great!

Check it out at: Intégrations | Gladys Assistant

I went to take a look at the integrations page.
Indeed, for Philips Hue users, there is what you need.
However, the « Doc Â» button can be confusing because, when clicking on it, I thought I would arrive at a summary presentation of the product, but it leads to the integration manual in Gladys. Maybe « Integrate Â» would be more appropriate.

Thanks for your feedback @gaetanb76, I’ve changed the button name.

I also added a README to the repo (GitHub - GladysAssistant/v4-website: Gladys Assistant website · GitHub) to explain how to contribute: clone the repo, install dependencies, run the site locally, etc…

@Tlse-vins By the way, I noticed that many of the links you found for Philips Hue were links to stores in other countries (Amazon UK, US, Canada). I looked for links to the French store, it’s still better (since this spreadsheet is intended for the French integration page)

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, I took the links from the website.

For information, I used this site: Database of Zigbee devices compatible with ZHA, Tasmota, Zigbee2MQTT, deCONZ, ZiGate and ioBroker

But could you not make affiliate links on Amazon in the name of Gladys?
This would allow you to earn a commission and perhaps invest in products to integrate.

Already the case for several years  I inject the Gladys affiliate code on the forum + website links!

After that, it doesn’t bring in a lot, you really need traffic for it to pay off. But it’s always better than nothing!
