Weird, yes
What I don’t understand about all this is that I provided Alex with a Raspberry Pi 3B with the 64-bit image for development with a Zigbee dongle, no USB/Zigbee problems.
The common factor (it seems to me) among everyone who is having issues is the Sonoff dongle.
Hello everyone and happy New Year.
Same for me, I’ve never had any issues with the Zigbee USB dongle and my RPi 3B+ on 64-bit, but I had major
I don’t know if this can help, but there appear to be two types of Sonoff keys … in terms of references :
P → Texas Instruments
E → Silicon Labs

well je viens de tester sur une image 32 et…
toujours pareil
On my Pi 3B+, I had never had this error; instead, I had « under voltage » and « Error SYS - Ping after 6000ms » with
It’s quite confusing to see that the key works on other systems and not here.

Ah, a quick clarification: I switched to the 32-bit version, restarted the Pi and no more problems, I have a Pi 3B

The common factor (I have the impression)

I don’t have a Sonoff
On my machine, when I run dmesg, I’m like you on /dev/ttyUSB0, so you must be on the USB0 port and not AMA0. That happened to me once, where the link between Gladys MQTT and zigbbemqtt stopped working: I deleted the zigbee2mqtt folder in "/var/lib
I think that for cce66 the key works, because it is correctly recognized on the USB0 port. Itead -10c4 is the name of the key
I had the two keys, the Sonoff that’s on my production instance and the CC2652R.
I had problems with both.
Since then I’ve switched to a mini PC with the Sonoff, and I no longer have any problems.
I should test with the CC2652R to check on the Pi 3b+ I have left.
On the same hardware but with Home Assistant (HA) I have this as a parameter and it works
"serial": {
"disable_led": false,
"port": "/dev/ttyUSB0"
on Glad
Maybe USB port redirection works differently depending on whether you’re on the Raspberry Pi or on the NUC?
It’s only a hunch, but to me the problem isn’t coming from the Sonoff key, because it’s properly recognized and it returns its name.
The problem is that you don’t have the links in this table? Is that it?

Exactly! The problem is: is it this name that’s expected and not just /dev/ttyUSB0?
I have the same problems that are also mentioned elsewhere in : " Help to configure Zigbee2mqtt"
J’ai tout remplacé sauf le Pi que j’attends pour fin janvier
