I think that for cce66 the key works, because it is correctly recognized on the USB0 port. Itead -10c4 is the name of the key
I had the two keys, the Sonoff that’s on my production instance and the CC2652R.
I had problems with both.
Since then I’ve switched to a mini PC with the Sonoff, and I no longer have any problems.

Maybe USB port redirection works differently depending on whether you’re on the Raspberry Pi or on the NUC?
It’s only a hunch, but to me the problem isn’t coming from the Sonoff key, because it’s properly recognized and it returns its name.
