I still don’t have a connection in Z2M. I bought a new SONOFF dongle and it doesn’t work. Previously, I flashed an SD card to boot from an SSD that I re-flashed, but it doesn’t work.
I tried on the Delta box but I get different error messages.
I have a computer running Linux — how could I test Gladys on it with the dongle? I’m still a complete beginner in computing.

I also encountered all those problems, but now it’s working. I’m on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with a working SSD. What model is your Pi, because on another platform I wouldn’t be able to help?

J’ai déjà eu le problème avec zigbee2mqtt au mois de mars lors de ma première installation de Gladys.je l’avais résolue en faisant la manipulation sur la librairie zigbbee pour les utilisateurs de raspberry. Cette fois ci la manipulation n’a rien changé. J’ai exécuté la commande suivante « docker logs gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt » et je poste le résultat. Est se que quelqu’un peut me dire d’où vient le problème et comment le résoudre. C’est du chinois pour moi.
Pour info,gladys sur raspberry 3B+ et ssd avec clé son off.

Never mind my previous post — in the meantime the connection between MQTT and zigbee2mqtt was established. But I have no idea why.

I flashed an SSD again with the image from the site (it’s dated April '22) and I still can’t make any progress. I have a new dongle but it still doesn’t work.
To provide logs, since I don’t know the command line, I’m a bit stuck.
In our exchange, during your presentation of the latest version, you told me the tutorial image was up to date and I thought that using it would work better.
I tried to install Docker but the installation failed.
I don’t really know what to do now.

For logs, since this happens in Docker containers, you need to write it in this form (I used some container names a bit at random) :
docker logs gladys
or
docker logs gladys-zigbee2mqtt
docker logs un-autre-container

The error is « SYS - ping after 6000ms » in your photo; it’s an error that many have encountered on the forum — often it’s a power supply issue for the Zigbee dongle
I’m not sure your Raspberry Pi is capable of powering your dongle and your SSD
If it’s a Sonoff dongle, I had the issue with the « ping after 6000ms » error and I simply had to update it for it to work again.

Be careful: if you use a Raspberry Pi with an SSD and a Zigbee dongle, the power supply can cause problems.

Thanks for the info about the list of commands — I’ll try to get more details. For now, I’m going back and forth between the TV I’m using as a monitor and the computer. I don’t know whether it’s possible to view the logs from the PC, or how to go about it.
I plugged the dongle into the PC via USB but nothing happens; it doesn’t seem to be detected. Is a special procedure required for the update?

- purchasing one and then a second power supply
- purchasing a power cable
- purchasing a powered hub to reduce the power draw on the Pi
- purchasing an SSD
