Description: After integrating a motion detector with the Zigbee interface, everything works fine, but I don’t get all the features in the Gladys integration, and the most important one, motion detection, is missing, even though it is present in the Zigbee app. Is this a bug?

Can you give us the exact device (list here Zigbee2MQTT)?
And in the Integrations > Zigbee2Mqtt > Devices section, do you see a feature or a Refresh button?
I imagine it’s the presence field that interests you
