Unless I’m mistaken, I haven’t found in Gladys a way to send via Telegram an image from one of my surveillance cameras from a scene. There is a feature request on the topic https://community.gladysassistant.com/t/pouvoir-envoyer-une-image-de-camera-par-message-dans-les-scenes/5515
In my use case, if motion is detected in a room: send a message to warn me of the detected motion and include an image from the surveillance camera.
As a workaround, I do have a scene that sends me a message as soon as motion is identified: « Alert: motion detected in the entryway »
To get the camera image, I installed an app on my Android phone called Autoresponder. It listens to Telegram messages and as soon as it intercepts the message « Alert: motion detected in the entryway », it sends a message to Gladys via Telegram: « Show me the entryway ».
It works very well, but it’s a bit of a hack.
Have you found any other solutions for this need (perhaps more elegant)?
