Hello everyone!
Just a quick message to let you know that I have just made a major update to the forum, to move to the latest Docker image of Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/), the forum system we use here.
This new version moves from PostgreSQL 10 to PostgreSQL 12, and there are normally some great performance improvements in version 12, so I hope this will further improve the forum’s performance.
I also installed the « discourse-sitemap » plugin to try to improve the forum’s SEO, as we had a big drop in the forum’s appearances in Google search results in May, following Google’s May 4, 2020 algorithm update.
I’m trying to do my best to get back to previous levels!
