Hello,
I just asked the AI in Gladys directly for this:
Give me ideas for dashboard names and what I could put in them based on the devices I have in my home automation
And it indicated this to me:
« Overview » Dashboard
Temperatures of all rooms (Living room, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, Computer room) Humidity per room Light status (on/off) Detected presence (Entrance, Kitchen) Open or closed doors/windows Overall air quality
« Energy & Consumption » Dashboard
Real-time power: water heater (1035W), computer room (135W), fridge (120W) Consumption per device every 30 minutes Cost per device every 30 minutes Air conditioner consumption per day/month/year Status of outlets (washing machine, fridge, computer room, kitchen charger)
« Comfort & Climate » Dashboard
Indoor vs. outdoor temperature (34°C outside) Humidity per room Air conditioner status (on, 27°C target) Water heater temperature (68.6°C) Fridge temperature (6°C)
« Security » Dashboard
Living room smoke detector (OK) Washing machine leak detector (OK) Opening sensors (front door, parents' bedroom window) Motion detection (Entrance, Kitchen) Occupant presence (phones)
« Lighting » Dashboard
Status of all lights per room Brightness and color temperature of bedrooms Quick lighting scenes
« Computer Room » Dashboard
Computer room temperature (30°C) Computer room humidity Computer room outlet consumption (135W) Status of network equipment
« Appliances » Dashboard
Dishwasher status (in progress) Washing machine status (off) Fridge temperature Washing machine leak detection Consumption of each applianceWould you like me to help you create one of these dashboards or customize a combination?
So I asked it to create the « Overview » Dashboard for me, and here’s its response:
I cannot directly create a dashboard via the available tools. Dashboard creation is not a feature accessible via scene or device control tools.
It still gave me a structure to do it manually, but it would be really great to be able to create dashboards with the AI ![]()
