### Description
Refining a house-view widget used to mean removing a pin and pl… acing it again — painful once a floor plan carries ten of them.
A pin marker in the editor is now a drag handle:
- **Drag to move**: pointer events, so one code path for mouse, touch and pen (same reasoning as `utils/pointerDrag.js`, but a pin lands on a coordinate instead of a drop target, hence its own small engine in `components/boxs/house-view/pinDrag.js`). Nothing re-renders during the gesture — the marker follows the pointer through its own inline style and the box config is only written on drop.
- **Safe gestures**: a movement below 4 px stays a click (a plain click on a pin does nothing), Escape or a `pointercancel` puts the pin back where it was, and the dropped position is clamped to the image.
- **Keyboard**: a focused marker moves with the arrow keys (1 %, 0.1 % with Shift), so pins can be positioned precisely and without a pointer. Markers are focusable, carry a localized `aria-label` (`Pin 1`) and a `title` hint.
- **Placing a pin is untouched**: the gesture on a marker never reaches the image's click handler, so clicking the illustration still adds a pin.
Also updated in the same diff: the three locale files (`en`/`fr`/`de` — the pin help text no longer says "remove it and place it again") and the living spec `docs/specs/dashboard-flexible-layout-and-widgets.md` (section E, house-view pins).
Verified headlessly with Playwright against the real `EditHouseViewBox` mounted in a throwaway harness (removed before commit): drag commits the new coordinates and re-renders the marker there, dragging one pin leaves the others untouched, the drag never adds a pin, out-of-image drops clamp to 0–100 %, arrow keys nudge by 1 % / 0.1 %, Escape restores the previous position, touch drag works under mobile emulation without scrolling the page, and clicking the image still adds a pin.

### Checklist
- [x] Tests pass: server untouched (frontend-only change); Cypress could not run in this environment (the Cypress binary download fails behind the sandbox proxy), so CI covers it
- [x] Linter and prettier pass on both front and server (`npm run eslint`: 0 errors, `npm run prettier-check`: clean, `npm run compare-translations`: no errors, `npm run build`: OK)
- [x] No undocumented breaking change
