My name is Christophe, I’m 28 years old and I’m a developer. I’ve been watching what’s being done with Gladys for a while but I’ve never taken the step of integrating it into my modest home automation system. I already have a few connected objects in my small 40m² apartment (Philips Hue bulbs, various models of connected plugs, 2 Alexa Echos, 3 Raps, …) and I would like to increase the possibilities of controlling these objects.
In particular, in a first step, I would like to replace my aging Philips light radio alarm clock with one of my Hue bulbs that would gradually light up. I saw that this feature was in the works for Gladys v4. I would be happy to try to contribute my modest contribution by starting the development of the feature if it has not already been started.
