Hello everyone,

first of all, big congratulations for Gladys, I discovered it 5 days ago and adopted it immediately.

Otherwise, I’m a big tinkerer in computing and a beginner in electronics; I’ve been passionate about computing for over 20 years, I’m a great open source enthusiast, I’m a « Linux user » — I switched more than 10 years ago.

I installed Gladys on a PC serving as a family server (backup, video, music) so now home automation.

I went with Zigbee technology which seems like a very good compromise for my modifications (tenant).

Since I do some development in my spare time (which is rare) I’ll see if I can make a PR for an integration with Rhasspy (first to see if I can get something that works).

Also I just bought Gladys Plus to support the project, I don’t actually need it.

Hoping to be able to help you in other ways and also to help keep alive this lovely community that I’m discovering through the messages

Welcome @Manfraid, don’t hesitate to search the forum; there are threads about voice control (I think @damalgos made a PoC on Rhaspy).

I haven’t gone through everything yet, so it’s possible I’ve missed some things. I’m looking into it right away.
