But since I haven’t found any answer to my question, I’m asking it in my introduction: can we talk to Gladys vocally or is it only in writing? And also, is the configuration or development of Gladys easy? Thanks in advance for your help. ^^

Gladys can talk to you directly via voice.
She knows some things, but it’s up to you to teach her your needs little by little.

I didn’t take the default pack and I managed to figure it out, @pierre-gilles and the rest of the team did what was necessary to make it accessible.
