Can gladys be controlled by multiple raspberry pi devices?
Second question I would like to talk to gladys, is there a voice interface? JARVIS?
Third question well how to communicate without a microphone? Impossible thing then do you have any advice, references, to put in a large room I was thinking of an xbox360 kinect?

So, Gladys is a web interface, so you have the interface throughout your home via Wi-Fi. Yes, it is possible to use multiple Raspberry Pi devices with Gladys, I believe. To communicate, your Kinect is sufficient. Link here

Yes, you can modify the values of your sensors via the REST API and also via the NodeJS API
The Jarvis project focuses on discussion, while Gladys is a personal assistant. Gladys is more advanced in its field but is still in its early stages in terms of conversation. She will eventually catch up to Jarvis on this point, but other projects are currently in progress
