Pascal, now retired.
I worked in the fields of computing, more on the hardware side, multimedia and electronics.
I am an amateur flutist, I play in a jazz band,
and I frequently play in gypsy jazz, blues, and Irish sessions.
Interested in home automation, I looked into what exists in this field,
I discovered Gladys Assistant.
My setup is currently on a Raspberry Pi 4, with 25 devices and it works very well. I have an Optiplex running Ubuntu on standby, to learn and test everything around Gladys that is new to me (Zigbee, MQTT, Z-Wave, Docker, Watchtower…)
I recently took the training developed by Pierre-Gilles.
Bravo to all the contributors to this great project!
