The 16GB of RAM - 500GB SSD really caught my eye!! More than €100 off, I bought two!! What’s crazy is that it’s €36 cheaper than the 8GB…

Thanks for the info @pierre-gilles!! I’ve been waiting for so long ^^

Is it compatible with Gladys? I think I read Tuya

As it stands I don’t think so, I believe the current Tuya integration only supports plugs and bulbs

The Beelink MINI-S12 Pro is on sale on Amazon with a €60 coupon (applied at checkout), which brings it to €199 for the 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD version!!

This version is interesting in my opinion, because it has:

  • An Intel 12th-generation low-power processor
  • WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2
  • 16 GB of DDR4
  • 500 GB NVMe SSD
  • USB 3.2 10 Gbps ports
  • A Gigabit Ethernet port

In short, it’s a little monster, in a compact form factor and with low power consumption.

I saw this YouTube video that convinced me quite a bit, so I bought one myself, with the idea of also making a YouTube video on the subject

You should put back the explanation that when ordering on Amazon, if you add « ?tag=gladproj-21 » to the end of the HTML link to place the order, the Gladys project receives a few euros to help move the project forward!

No need to add anything on Amazon, any link posted on the forum (by anyone) automatically gets the tag (thanks to a Discourse plugin on the forum), and it counts toward the project

But does that mean we can add it manually to all our other purchases?

I wouldn’t encourage anything at all, but if you click on an Amazon link and then make any purchase (even if different from the item clicked), the sale counts toward the project

FYI, Zigbee smart home devices are back at Lidl this Monday, and they’re compatible with Zigbee2mqtt (and therefore Gladys) :

Also worth noting that when buying on Lidl’s website you can have products delivered instead of going to the store, though there’s a risk that not everything will be available
