On the technical side I’m not much help. ![]()
But from an aesthetic point of view it’s perfect for me. ![]()
Also, we agree that this would display the time of the Gladys Docker instance?!
That’s an interesting point; currently it’s the user’s browser time!
So if you’re in a different timezone than your Gladys instance (e.g. traveling), it will display the time in your browser’s timezone, not your Gladys instance’s.

Change made on the PR:
@Noj
You’re right. For now I’m displaying the browser’s time.
Wouldn’t we need to add a list during creation to choose a time zone and add an option in the list to select the Gladys instance’s time zone?
Thanks for the changes @Lokkye ![]()
I think the browser’s time is fine for now! We’ll go ahead and get this PR out which is quite requested, and which does a great job ![]()
The functional purpose of this request is to display the time when you use Gladys in fullscreen mode on a tablet mounted on the wall at home, or in app mode on the smartphone, and in both cases the device’s current time is perfect ![]()
I just merged the PR into master, the feature will be included in the next Gladys update!
Thanks @Lokkye for the development ![]()
