UX adjustment: Edit button on zigbee2mqtt and mqtt device pages

Following up on my PR that I’m currently reviewing about adding the IEEE address to the zigbee2mqtt integration, I extracted the visual change for the Edit button.
I also applied it to the MQTT device page

So the placement is dynamic? It’s inline when there’s room, and the button moves to the bottom on small screens? If that’s the case, that’s great
