The Bluetooth module is not available, please check that it is enabled.
After reading this topic (https://community.gladysassistant.com/t/ajouter-le-bluetooth-a-gladys-4/5501/90), I am resuming because I have exactly the same issue. The same version of the Pi and everything else.
What is the solution to solve this issue? Is it on my Pi side?

From the Settings → Services page, you can try reactivating Bluetooth.

Thanks Alex, that’s the solution! I didn’t find it in the forum, did I miss something?
lol we didn’t communicate about this, but this service management page appeared because of / thanks to Bluetooth service issues.
If it works, that’s great.
But this doesn’t guarantee it will work in all cases, we force the service to restart, but it can still fail.
For me it worked, at least for now
